Tuna Pâté

(SERVES SIX)
1 14 oz. can tuna (packed in water)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon grated onion
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh snipped parsley
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Salt

Blend together the cream cheese, onion, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Drain and flake the tuna; add to the mixture with the sherry and mix well. Add salt to taste. Heap the pâté in a bowl or form into a ball and serve with raw relishes or crisp crackers.
